Taylor Management is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Property Management Administrator to join our team. As a Property Management Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Property Managers and assist in the day-to-day operations of property management for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property management.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assist the Property Manager with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to schedule and oversee repairs, maintenance, and inspections
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
- Positive, professional attitude and a team player
