Job Title: Refrigeration Maintenance Tech 3rd Shift
Location: Vineland, NJ, US
Onsite, Full-Time, Permanent Position

Our Vineland, NJ facility operates seven days a week, producing Philly-style beef and chicken steak. Position Summary:
This role focuses on maintaining and repairing all building components and production equipment, including refrigeration, steam, compressed air, water systems, and more. This includes hands-on maintenance tasks involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair machinery and building systems, ensuring smooth operation of production and utility equipment.
Conduct preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform both minor and major repairs.
Install and manage utility system components as required.
Document all activities, maintain logs, and comply with Client’s safety and quality standards.
Assist in maintaining HVAC, wastewater, and other utilities as directed.
Complete SAP functions and paperwork as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work Hours:
Third shift, with shift differential pay and potential for overtime. Flexible hours are not available.
Position Type:
Backfill, no direct reports, onsite, no sponsorship or relocation offered.
Requirements
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or completion of an industrial maintenance training program.
NJ Black Seal Boiler License, High Pressure or higher.
Willingness to work in cold environments (-20 to 40°F) with appropriate PPE.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food manufacturing or a related field (Electro-Mechanical, PSM).
Familiarity with GMP and SQF requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Able to stand, stoop, walk, bend, and climb stairs frequently throughout a shift of up to 12 hours.
Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs and performing repetitive motions.
