As a Senior Network Engagement Specialist, you will lead our engagement efforts with our vast network of partners. You will maintain outstanding partner relations and be responsible for training and mentoring the Network Engagement team to ensure excellence in service and partner satisfaction.
What you’ll do in your role:
- Help develop and maintain robust relationships with external partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for partners, conduct site visits, inspections and offer advanced support and solutions to streamline service deliveries.
- Participate in major local/regional virtual and in person community events.
- Identify, onboard, and train potential and new partners.
- Manage the efficiency of product orders and the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Manage, mentor, and train network engagement specialists, as needed.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- A bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in community/school partnerships, corporate relationship management, or sales, or 13 years of experience in community/school partnerships, corporate relationship management, or sales
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring team members
- Advanced skills in building relationships
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, recognize trends, and solve challenges.
- Strong adaptability to changes and ability to lead team in unforeseen circumstances.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or Bengali is a plus.
- Flexibility in the work schedule as participation in various events is required.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation as travel to partner sites is required.
