As a Senior Network Relations Representative, you will play a critical part in ensuring equitable distribution and delivering outstanding customer service to our community partners. This role combines hands-on support with strategic oversight, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across New Jersey. 

What you’ll do in your role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with various partners including food pantries and meal programs.
  • Deliver high level customer support, assisting partners with food orders, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Manage key administrative tasks, such as order processing, data entry, and inventory management, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 
  • Work closely with various departments to develop and implement solutions that address the unique needs of the communities we serve.
  • Research best practices and contribute ideas to enhance our processes and better serve our communities. 
  • Manage specific distribution and fulfillment initiatives, such as Direct Delivery and LFPA, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in customer service and fulfillment operations. 
  • Demonstrated leadership or senior experience in a customer service role. 
  • Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and O365. 
  • Ability to attend to multiple tasks with care, clarity, and accuracy  
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to agency sites.
