Full Job Description
Our client, D2B Groups, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Aftermarket Sales Representative to join their team. As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling parts and services to new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities in the aftermarket parts and service industry
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell parts and service solutions to meet customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Prepare and present quotes and proposals to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize sales opportunities and profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in backup generator industry
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment parts and service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
