Job Overview
We are currently hiring an Analyst – Project Coordinator in our Program Management Services Division, based out of the Rochester office. This position is currently a remote position.
The Program Management Services Division at LaBella provides comprehensive management services for complex projects and multi-year capital programs. Project teams are established to provide a customized mix of business consulting, project management, financial control and monitoring, administrative, and technical support services.
The Analyst – Project Coordinator will provide support for the Joint Use Make Ready project. This role requires an analytical and critical thinking approach. The applicant should be extremely organized, a self-starter and can flourish in a remote work environment. This work requires substantial data entry and is repetitive, with KPI goals. The ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders is required.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000
The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
Responsibilities
- Receive work requests from various stakeholders.
- Track / manage each work request per specifications and guidelines.
- Review each work request for accuracy and completeness.
- Accurately enter data into multiple systems, as required.
- Professionally and accurately communicate with all stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed deliverable deadlines.
- Complete various project coordinator tasks as assigned.
- Work cohesively with an established project team.
- Travel to Rochester, NY for meetings and training as necessary (approx. 4-6 times per year). The frequency can change depending on business and client needs.
Requirements
- Organized with excellent time management acumen (Required)
- Strong decision-making discernment (Required)
- (1-3) year’s work experience in project / administrative support (Required)
- (1-2) years’ work experience in Make Ready / Joint Use Experience is a plus, but not required.
- SAP Experience (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, Teams
