Rockstar has been retained to recruit for a data-driven e-commerce management and consulting firm with offices in New York, Seattle, and Atlanta. Founded by former Amazonians, the company partners with brands to develop and execute integrated omni-channel sales strategies. The firm serves a global clientele spanning the United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, European Union, India, China, Japan, and Australia.
Role:
A critical role on the team, the Associate Digital Manager manages the site, product launches, brand and trade marketing activations, influencer relationships and strategy, bringing together disruptive creativity and executional excellence. This role will have close communications with and exposure to the brand founder herself, along with the GM and CFO, and is a prime position for an ambitious professional who is looking for a role that has high visibility and potential for growth.
Site / Commercial
- Drive ambitious, profitable and sustainable growth by shaping and executing a strategic .com plan
- Partner directly with the founder, GM, and CFO, propose and deliver disruptive trade and brand activations across retailers and across categories, to generate awareness and sales opportunities
- Work on budgeting and forecasting cycles, including meticulous management of retail and net sales performance and landing
- In close collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain, contribute to S&OP and financial forecasting processes to deliver high forecast accuracy and inventory targets
- Manage product launches across .com and retail partnerships
- Manage email campaigns and communications with our customer base
- Manage vendor and retail partner relationships
Education & Artistry
- Be advocate of the consumer facing sales and education journey, cascade ideas and feedback to elevate our best-in-class service
- Partner with Creative to evolve educational content, tools and assessment measures, ensuring field teams have the best tools for their teams and customers
Requirements
- Experience: Experience in the beauty industry, with desired Omni Channel experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in developing winning teams and fostering talent.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- Partnership Development: Ability to create winning partnerships with retailers.
