The Associate Director - Member Acquisition will be responsible for
- Incorporate what members value about the NeuGroup Experience to develop and implement strategies to acquire new members and retain existing ones.
- Conduct member and market research to understand, identify and target prospective members.
- Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to reach and engage potential members; experience with ActiveCampaign and LinkedIn SalesNavigator a plus.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Analyze membership data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Own the member acquisition process to increase its efficiency and maintain key metrics, e.g., conversion rates on membership campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling, effective and sustainable marketing approaches, campaigns and materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of membership acquisition and retention efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in member acquisition, preferably within a membership organization.
- Strong understanding of finance and financial markets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
