Young Risers, a leading education management company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Chat Support Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our students and parents through online chat support. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong understanding of education management, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist students and parents in resolving technical issues related to our education management platform
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries through online chat
- Guide customers through the registration and enrollment process
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns raised during chat conversations
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proficient in using chat support software and other communication tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
