Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and take a leading role in driving our financial strategy and operations. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, managing financial risks, and providing strategic guidance to support our growth and profitability goals. You will oversee all financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and provide insights to drive operational efficiencies and optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations and systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Drive financial planning and analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure.
- Develop and manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance for potential investments and acquisitions.
- Monitor and review financial controls and processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making.
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
Requirements
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles.
- Prior experience in real estate or private equity industry is highly desirable.
