Essential functions of CNA Certified Nursing Assistant
The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing a full range of nursing care including assessment, treatment planning and hands-on nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. The CNA shall also demonstrate accountability for and contribution to care planning development, quality improvement, problem-solving and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.
Qualifications of CNA Certified Nursing Assistant:
The Certified Nursing Assistant be a graduate of an accredited C.N.A nursing program.
One year experience working as a C.N.A with patients/residents/clients in a related setting, (preferred).

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
- Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association)
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to think and work independently, with direction from a team leader or manager, while maintaining efficient and consistent communications at all times
- Must also have excellent oral communication skills when speaking with other health professionals in the presence of patients (i.e. “bedside manner”)
- Can endure high-pressure situations in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and keep a calm, professional demeanor throughout
