Full Job Description
We have many commercial products in play, each requiring tailored optimizations to meet the goals of different partners. You will focus on optimizing digital ad products such as programmatic open auctions, direct deals, and private marketplace efforts to ensure maximum benefit to advertisers and our organization.
Future US is looking for a experienced Commercial Analyst who will dive into data to propose, measure, and optimize product performance. You will understand our suite of available products, benchmark our performance against competitors, and address unmet needs. You will report to the Director of Commercial Product.
What you'll do...
- Hypothesis Testing: Conduct hypothesis testing for product development and iterative improvements.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics for all products, ensuring they align with stakeholder goals.
- Revenue Generation: increase incremental revenue through optimization of our products.
- Goal Setting: Gather and establish product Indicators per partner, mapping and setting clear goals.
- Measurement & Tracking: Track product performance against established KPIs and goals.
- Performance Improvement: Develop and test iterative hypotheses to measure output and guide ongoing improvements.
- Product Use & Development: Focus on increasing the use and revenue generation of branded content and sold advertising products.
- Integration & Collaboration: Work with teams like Salesforce and BI to set up, track, and review all products.
- Margin Management: review costs and drive necessary changes to manage margins.
- Yield and Pricing Recommendations: Understand yield trade-offs and make recommendations on optimizing yield and pricing that align with organizational strategies.
Experience that'll put you ahead of the curve...
- Previous experience optimizing towards advertising / eCommerce goals
- Comfortable creating data visualizations and drawing together compelling stories to unite stakeholders.
- Background in data analysis with the ability to propose and measure product optimizations.
- Experience driving revenue and improving product performance through data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with analytics and customer management tools.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into relevant measurements and goals.
- Comfortable working with several teams, including Salesforce, BI, and commercial teams.
