We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Concierge Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated friendly professional with a strong background in luxury customer service and hospitality. The candidate will be the first face of the brand and point of contact with our clients, ensuring a positive experience for every client, every time.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process
  • Collaborate with team members and support Clinical Providers to deliver a best-in-class studio experience for our clients
  • Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to clients.
  • Answer any client questions in person as well as through texts, calls, and emails.
  • Pulling up vision and medical insurances for clients prior to their arrival.
  • Coordinate to maintain client schedule, including new client and rescheduled client appointments.
  • Demonstrate LINE OF SIGHT’s company core values and foster an inclusive culture with both team members and clients.
  • Complete studio opening and closing tasks, including maintaining the studio appearance.
  • Adhere to infection control standards and strong commitment to HIPAA privacy practices.

Requirements

What You Have:

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in a luxury customer service and hospitality, ideally in a retail, hotel, or wellness related role.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week including the ability on Sundays.
  • Minimum of 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
