Contest Intern

Publishers Clearing House (PCH) is looking for a self-motivated, eager college student to join our team as a Contest Intern. The Contest Intern will provide key support for the Winning Experiences team for all aspects of prize fulfillment and prize sourcing for promotional purposes. We are a collaborative team who values input from everyone and you will have an opportunity to work closely with the Winning Experiences team on a wide range of projects.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist Senior Contest Analyst with prize fulfillment, including creating all winner notification documentation in contest systems
• Accurately respond to winner and customer service inquiries via phone and email
• Obtain winner information for all PCH online properties
• Maintain internal system with regard to winner information
• Upload contest rules to online rules administration system
• Prepare and distribute materials for Prize Patrol delivery
• Attend meetings for new promotional efforts that will require winner processing support
• Track stock and order merchandise prizes and gift cards for prize fulfillment
• Various projects as needed

Required Skills/Experience:

• College student pursuing a Bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Strong follow-up skills
• Familiarity with HTML a plus, but not required
• Proficient in applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
