Who We Are Looking For
Coperni / Tomorrow Group is looking for an enthusiastic applicant, working freelance, ideally with proven experience in Wholesale & Showroom Sales to support the commercial team during the Pre Spring Summer 2025 at our New York showroom between the June 4 and June 8 2024.
As Showroom Sales Assistant you will support Coperni to achieve global sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure optimisation of the business in-season. You will be well connected, have knowledge of the designer market, understand the importance of brand positioning, driven by success, a natural analyst and strategic thinker. You will have experience in womenswear as well as a strong understanding of international markets and key players.
What your day to day will look like
- Work closely with Sales Manager / Director on Brand Management
- Support Sales Manager / Director and wider Sales Team on Sales Campaign preparation: Appointment Booking & Diary Management
- Handle Showroom Appointment and Walk-ins alongside Brand’s Team and Area Managers
- Produce daily Sales Reports to feedback Sales Manager / Director on Brand Performance
- Utilise Order Taking System (JOOR) and update Tomorrow internal Database
- Helping with setting up & packing down the showroom
- Supporting with maintaining the showroom visual merchandising according to guidelines
- Helping models with looks during sales appointments.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills and keen eyes for detail
- Ability to work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-service oriented
- Knowledge of Retail Business & Markets
- Solid Reporting & Analytical Skills
- Must speak English any other language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
