Join a dynamic team as a CPG Customer Marketing Manager and take charge of driving customer engagement and loyalty in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. As a highly skilled and strategic marketer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing customer-focused marketing strategies to enhance brand loyalty and drive business growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze customer data, and create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. This role is located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze customer data and insights to identify key segments and develop personalized marketing approaches.
- Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to support customer marketing efforts.
- Monitor and measure campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovative marketing channels to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer marketing professionals.
- Prepare and present reports on customer marketing activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, preferably in the CPG industry with 3+ years of experience as a Manager/Sr Manager.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems and tools and proficiency in customer segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketing for the CPG industry.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
