  • Base Compensation Range: $75,000-$100,000/year

Location: On-site at GOLFTEC Manhattan

Position Summary:

GOLFTEC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Corporate Sales to drive sales efforts supporting GOLFTEC Corporate Membership plans, SkyTrak unit sales, and private event sales to companies in Manhattan and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling golf services to companies and organizations of varying sizes. This role presents a distinctive opportunity to join a global leader in the golf industry, playing a pivotal role in our Corporate Membership program and contributing significantly to its growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships within target organizations to sell GOLFTEC Corporate Memberships, SkyTrak Units, and private events at our Flagship Manhattan center.
  • Proactively engage in cold calling and other sales activities to generate and follow up on leads with potential clients in Manhattan and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain sales pipelines through contact with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Develop a strong understanding of GOLFTEC and SkyTrak’s products and services to effectively conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of a corporate membership with GOLFTEC.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and the implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on golf industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the golf industry.
  • An understanding of golf terminology, equipment, industry trends and player needs is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
