Job Title: Director of Education
Summary:
The Director of Education will oversee the implementation of educational strategies and programs. This role is responsible for ensuring that educational standards are exemplary, aligning with the organization’s mission and regulatory requirements, and promoting innovative teaching and learning practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
o Lead the execution of strategic educational initiatives.
o Provide visionary leadership to promote educational excellence and innovation.
o Ensure the alignment of educational goals with organizational objectives.
2.Program Development and Management
o Oversee the implementation, and evaluation of educational programs, teaching and learning.
o Ensure programs meet the needs of this diverse populations
3. Quality Assurance and Compliance
o Ensure all educational programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
o Ensure the implementation and fidelity of assessment tools to monitor program effectiveness and student outcomes.
o Foster an environment of continuous improvement in educational practices and curriculum development.
4.Team Leadership and Development
o Cultivate an environment of collaboration and excellence across and within all positions.
5. Fiscal Responsibility
o Ensure the financial well-being of the organization by engaging in the Annual Review and Impartial Hearing processes.
o Member of the integration team to open new sites
6. Communication
o Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including parents, students, and leaders.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership, with a track record of successful program development and management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong understanding of curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and educational technologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:
