Director of Partner Growth
We are seeking an ambitious Director of Partner Growth to join our dynamic partner team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to grow Botrista with new and existing partners.
You will own pilots in new verticals with new partners, manage a skilled deployment team, and expand Botrista’s presence with existing partners. You will own senior relationships with partners and present business reports to partners on Botrista’s impact.
Your main responsibilities will include hitting growth targets, creating new business opportunities, presenting business demonstrations, and managing relationships.
This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and operational skills and a proven track record of growing a business segment.

Responsibilities
- Achieving revenue targets
- Providing white-glove service to new customers
- Identifying target segments and pitching new business opportunities
- Delivering sales demonstrations to prospective clients
- Coordinating operational deployments with team members and with other departments
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or growth
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience conducting business with food service businesses, with particular focus on non-commercial food service providers, contract caterers, etc.
- Operational experience with deploying new products and/or services to partners
- Beverage and refreshments experience with preferred exposure to fountain drink or other non-ready-to-drink beverages to enterprise and channel partners
- Experience expanding account sales after initial contract (e.g. franchisee sales and/or selling incremental products to existing accounts)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- 30% travel required
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $180,000 per year
Plus bonus and stock options
