We are looking for an ambitious and process-driven Director of Program Management to lead end-to-end product go-to-market processes and projects across product, product marketing, and commercial organizations including sales and account management. In this role you will be a laser-focused project leader with proven abilities to drive product launch and migration projects forward, to ensure accountability across cross-functional stakeholders, and facilitate the successful delivery of our product roadmap and solution priorities.
Location: Remote based in the US or Hybrid if based in NYC
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with product and commercial leadership to build and manage cross-functional execution of product roadmap, commercialization, and platform migration project plans
- Lead the end-to-end program management of complex SaaS project plans across all participating product, marketing, and account management stakeholders to improve client adoption and retention
- Manage cadence and quality of client communications and customer experience across product launch and platform migration initiatives in close collaboration with product, marketing, and account management stakeholders
- Lead measurement and optimization strategy of product launch and platform migration projects by capturing client feedback and insights at key points in the product launch and platform migration lifecycles
- Mobilize account management teams to ensure successful client transition to new product UI and capabilities to maximize client usage and mitigate adoption challenges
- Collaborate with commercial training and enablement team to educate all client facing teams on the packaging, positioning, and capabilities of the new unified product UI
Requirements
What You've Done:
- 10+ years working with product management and commercial teams in SaaS advertising/media, data analytics, or information services industries
- 5-10 years leading the end-to-end program management of high-visibility product launches, client migration, and commercialization projects working across product and commercial leadership and teams
- Expert executive team engagement and proven communication skills to help customize communications for diverse audiences required
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders (outside of span of control) with a naturally collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Front-line customer success or account management experience preferred
- Advanced project management certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) best practices and KPIs

- Base salary is up to 160,000 based on experience, plus bonus
