ButterflyMX is hiring a Director of Sales Enablement to join our growing Sales Operations team! Reporting to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Director of Sales Enablement will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that empower our sales team to achieve their targets and drive revenue growth. ***This role will require regular travel to our NYC office for hiring bootcamps***

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Establish a best in class enablement program to improve performance of existing reps and improve time to ramp for new reps 
  • Create and deliver sales methodology trainings and materials to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Evaluate, acquire, and implement a Learning Management System to provide ongoing coaching and support to sales team members, including onboarding and skills development
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, tools, and resources that support the sales process
  • Establish metrics and processes to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales and marketing efforts
  • Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes and systems to optimize productivity
  • Establish and maintain work streams for new product launches 
  • Work closely with sales leadership to understand their needs and goals, and drive alignment across the team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and training

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology company
  • Passion for empowering and developing sales professionals
  • Proven experience building and enhancing sales enablement programs from the ground up
  • Experience with aggressive sales targets at a rapid growth startup 
  • Proven track record of improving sales team performance and reducing time to ramp for sales hires 
  • Prior experience developing best-in-class onboarding programs
  • Experience improving current production and attainment levels of sales organization 
  • Experience implementing an LMS 
  • Certification in sales methodologies such as Sandler, Challenger, etc. 
  • Ability to launch sales org-wide training and enablement on methodology and certifications of methodology
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire individuals and groups
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
