Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily e-Commerce orders, while partnering directly with Customer Service and the 3PL to solve aged orders and other shipment issues
- Lead for ecommerce roadmap projects related to the 3PL, website, and other downstream systems including order management
- Partner with 3PL warehouse and internal operations teams to plan, prepare, manage, and postmortem special ecommerce sales events
- Work with 3PL partners to determine root cause/corrective action plans on ecommerce issues that arise
- Analyze end-to-end ecomm order process and determine opportunities for improvement
- Monitor ecomm daily, weekly, and monthly KPI/SLAs ensuring our 3PL partner is maintaining Tarte's target expectations
- Analyze business needs and strategize cross functionally with ecommerce, retail logistics/supply chain leaders and channel planning partners
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates regarding order status to customer service, and eCommerce management
- Coordinate with eCommerce international fulfillment partner to monitor the transfer of orders with a focus on accuracy, reducing shipment timelines, troubleshooting order issue, and driving innovation
- Create, maintain partnerships with 3PL teams to focus on achieving consumer excellence
- Hybrid work schedule that includes 3 days at the NYC headquarters and 2 days virtual
- Occasional travel required to our 3PL facility in Indiana
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years Business Administration/Customer Service/Supply Chain experience.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Ecommerce experience highly desired. Knowledge of various ecommerce platforms and backend systems a plus.
- Experience with US shipping carriers & with international duties & logistics a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make determinations to proactively identify business opportunities
- Ability to multitask
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer Service
- Proficient / Advanced in MS Excel
