Requirements

Qualifications:

• A Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure by the New York State Board of Nursing

• A certified Nurse Practitioner with current licensure by the New York State Board of Nursing.
• BLS required; Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred.
• Four (4) - eight (8) years Medical/Surgical experience.
• Prior Employee Health Department or similar experience preferred.

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Responsibilities:

The Employee Health Department Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing nursing care to Calvary Hospital employees, volunteers, and visitors. Works collaboratively with or in the absence of the Employee Health Department Director to ensure the daily operation and delivery of care in the Employee Health Department.

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Salary:

• $150,000 - $160,000 annually
