We are looking for a dedicated employee who is bilingual in English and Spanish and resides in either the Bronx or Upper Manhattan. It is necessary for the candidate to have a car.

Job Responsibilities:

- Scheduling appointments: In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments for our team members and clients. You will maintain a well-organized system for managing calendars, ensuring that appointments are scheduled and confirmed accurately and in a timely manner.

- Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting apartment showings to prospective tenants, providing detailed information about the property's features and amenities
  • Guiding interested individuals through the leasing process, answering any questions or concerns they may have
  • Showcasing the apartment's unique selling points.
  • Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all potential tenants

- Overseeing repairs

- Performing apartment inspections
