About The Role

LifeMD is seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our growing Financial Team. In this exciting role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Chief Financial Officer. Utilizing your exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, you will act as a valuable business partner, providing actionable insights and supporting vital financial decision-making processes. As a hands-on manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing core FP&A processes, as well as constructing intricate financial models across complex datasets. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting multiple planning procedures, generating various financial reports for senior management, creating essential documents like Board presentations, and conducting both financial and non-financial ad hoc analysis for business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Forecasting/Budgeting- Own the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes with an eye toward consistent process improvement and partnering with the CFO, executive management and business teams to drive performance
  • Long Range Planning- Support the CFO and other executive team members in the development of the company’s long range planning including managing all financial modeling activities
  • Financial Modeling/ Analysis- Manage and create various ad-hoc analyses and reporting to better understand performance by business line, margin performance and opportunities, cash flow analysis and the support of new business launches, among other items
  • Reporting- Lead the production of all standardized monthly, weekly and quarterly internal financial reporting for management and business team leadership
  • Financial Support Close- Partner with accounting to produce variance analysis, support the accrual process and a variety of other support activities related to monthly close
  • Corporate Presentations- Support the production of key corporate presentations including but not limited to Board of Directors, investor presentations, business performance and new launches
  • Data Analytics- Partner with Data Analytics team to architect needs for new and revamped business reporting needs to keep up to date with the rapidly evolving business growth of LifeMD
  • Corporate Transactions- Support key corporate transactions as they may arise
  • Special Projects- Participate in special projects as assigned by the CFO, CEO and others

Requirements

  • Bachelors Required
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Financial Planning & Analysis with some experience developing complex financial models across large datasets and exposure to business, non-financial processes
  • Prefer experience with high growth companies that have successfully scaled
  • Expert financial modeling and Excel, PowerPoint skills. Advanced data query skills such as SQL a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of core FP&A processes including Budgeting, Planning and internal reporting
  • High energy, self starter that is intellectually curious and a strong team player who builds strong relationships
  • Strong presence with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and senior leadership and work independently
