Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the product design team in creating innovative and user-centered design solutions for AI products.
• Define and implement design strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.
• Oversee design processes from ideation to prototyping, ensuring high-quality design outputs that meet user needs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform the design process.
• Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and design systems that promote consistency across products.
• Champion a user-centered culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of design in product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience designing and launching successful products, preferably in the AI or tech industry.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and user research techniques.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and creativity within the team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for articulating design concepts to diverse audiences.
