Full Job Description
We are looking for an HR Analyst to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation and employment trends. As a partner to the HR Shared Services team, this person will also be responsible for defining and ensuring proper controls are in place for the data governance of all of XR’s employee data. This role will also partner closely with the HR, IT, and Finance team to ensure that the appropriate people data is flowing to our connected systems properly, and that our HR tools are set up as needed to support the business needs.
HR Analyst responsibilities include measuring retention and turnover rates, helping create hiring plans and compensation and benefits packages. If you have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions and recommending solutions, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help ensure maximum efficiency for our HR functions, from hiring and payroll to employee training and development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Compliance & Audit, and HR leadership to ensure proper controls are in place and monitored to ensure compliance requirements are being met/exceeded
- Develop data processing guidelines & maintain training for our HR team
- Partner with Finance to provide employee headcount data and reconciliation
- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates
- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs
- Provide support to the Director, Global Benefits & Compensation to gather benchmarking data about jobs, compensation and benefits
- Provide support as needed to to map out salary ranges for our open positions
- Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures
- Identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes, updating documentation as needed
- Maintain our HR systems, bob, Workable, ADP WorkforceNow
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role; BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
- Experience using HR software, we use hibob for our HRIS and ADP WorkforceNow for US payroll and benefit management
- Hands on experience with databases and HR software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts and presentations
- Strong research and problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll and employee benefits

Reporting Relationship
- The HR Analyst reports to the VP, People & Culture
*Pursuant to New York City's Pay Transparency Law the pay range for this position is $98,000 - $125,000 plus bonus; base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
