Our luxury client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, conducting interviews, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to HR management.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
