HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician at Abrilaire HVAC Service, INC., you will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of heating and cooling systems. From diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment to conducting routine maintenance and system installations, you will play a critical role in meeting our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including filter replacement, cleaning coils, and lubricating components
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs
• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential and commercial buildings
• Test and calibrate HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Recommend and implement energy-saving solutions to customers
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot complex HVAC system problems
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and answering questions promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician
• Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
