Position Overview:
The Insurance Agency Representative (Auto Insurance) will assist clients with their auto insurance needs by providing knowledgeable guidance, processing policy changes, and handling claims inquiries. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries about auto insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
- Guide clients in choosing appropriate auto insurance policies and facilitate the sales process.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and coordinate with the claims department.
- Build relationships with clients to encourage renewals and cross-selling of other insurance products.
- Ensure all actions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, strong passion, ownership, accountability, and teamwork while fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- State insurance license for auto insurance required or willingness to obtain it.
- Proven experience in auto insurance sales and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of auto insurance products and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with insurance software and office technology.
