Full Job Description

In this role, you will oversee a range of comprehensive projects from their initial stages to completion. Your inherent curiosity and dedication to excellence will be essential as you work under the supervision of the VP of Integrated Production across a wide variety of projects and teams. This role is based onsite in our Tribeca Studios and has the potential to work remotely based on the needs of the business and the flow of projects. We are currently onsite a minimum of 3 days per week.

As the Integrated Producer you will:

- Champion creativity by nurturing exceptional ideas and guiding the transformation of creative concepts into impactful projects.

- Lead and manage a variety of integrated projects, including but not limited to, digital media, static imagery/photo, collaborations with artists, and digital platforms.

- Cultivate a network of trusted collaborators, including vendors, artists, and agents, to ensure a rich resource pool for diverse project needs.

- Assist senior team members in assessing the viability of creative ideas against project constraints like budget and timeline.

- Direct the implementation of small to large-sized integrated productions, including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing vendors, and guaranteeing the project's overall excellence.

- Acquire a foundational understanding of necessary legal and logistical considerations, such as NDAs, permits, talent releases, usage rights, and clearances.

- Draft production estimates and bidding documents, ensuring clarity in deliverables and project assumptions.

- Understand SAG-AFTRA regulations relevant to talent recording and compensation.

- Organize and lead meetings, maintain production documentation, and ensure adherence to deadlines and project milestones.

- Develop timelines for various project types, incorporating phases from pre-production to post-production.

- Serve as the primary liaison for all project-related communications, both internally and with external vendors, keeping the VP/EVP updated.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including art directors, copywriters, designers, account managers, project managers, editors, animators, and, for digital projects, technical leads, UX designers, and developers.

- Conduct and document reviews post-project to capture learnings and improvements.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to interns and junior staff.

- Engage in continuous learning, seeking insights from senior producers and exploring new partnerships in production.

- Source and book production resources (i.e. external producers, etc.) when necessary.

- Negotiate fees for talent, production services, usage rights, props, and locations.

- Oversee shot list and shoot schedule development, travel coordination, shoot setup, on-site coordination, and permits.

- Coordinate and oversee recording sessions, edits, scout delays, and shoots.

- Maintain archives of final spots on the agency server

- Work with outside vendors and clients to develop and manage budgets.

- Maintain relationships with vendors and content library owners.

- Ensure that all assets have been legally obtained and are used within the rules of their purchased license.

- Develop and maintain an organized database of available audio and video resources (i.e. production houses, directors, editors, script writers, etc.).

- Ensure that all official paperwork is in place for outside vendors.

- Administer all production-related paperwork, such as developing client estimates, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, as well as the reconciliation of expenses and invoices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of video/print and content production experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in television, content, and event activations.
  • Comfortable with delegation
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to travel to productions and events (must have a valid Passport) 
  • Strong command of Excel
  • Scoro (Nice to have) 
  • Wrapbook

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
