Job Description:
We are seeking proactive, driven interns to join our dynamic real estate team and engage in a multifaceted internship program encompassing finance, marketing, and administrative roles. Interns will gain hands-on experience in financial operations including budget management and investment strategies, assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, and provide crucial administrative support by managing daily operations and client communications. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to develop a comprehensive skill set across different aspects of the real estate industry, enhancing their practical knowledge and preparing for successful careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the finance team with data entry, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Participate in financial research and market analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, and conduct variance analysis.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc financial projects and maintain financial models.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.
- Evaluate real estate investment opportunities and perform due diligence.
- Assist with the financial structuring of deals and manage tenant leases and property expenses.
- Participate in portfolio management discussions and strategy sessions.
- Integrate financial software tools to enhance business efficiency.
- Manage daily office operations, organize files, and maintain records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and handle logistics for meetings and events.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain equipment.
- Oversee social media efforts, ensuring active and engaging presence.
- Conduct presentations to team members and stakeholders to share insights and updates.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Highly organized with an acute attention to industry detail.
