Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. LLM Fine-tuning: Refine LLMs to enhance the human-like attributes of our digital workers, contributing to the creation of highly realistic entities.
2. Chat-based Interaction Systems: Develop systems enabling users to engage with platform features through chat interfaces, streamlining processes like onboarding and platform setup.
3. NLP and ML Model Development: Lead the development and optimization of NLP and machine learning models tailored for digital workers, ensuring their proficiency and adaptability.
4. R&D Initiatives: Drive research and development projects aimed at augmenting the capabilities of existing solutions, fostering innovation within the team.
5. Mentorship and Thought Leadership: Serve as a technical mentor for junior engineers, offering guidance in machine learning and NLP, while also providing thought leadership in these domains.
6. System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance, optimize efficiency, and strategize for scalability to maintain robust and responsive operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience with a significant focus on machine learning and NLP.
• Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and MLOps tools like MLFlow, coupled with experience in cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Strong background in Python back-end development, with a preference for expertise in FastAPI.
