Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer

North Point Defense (NPD) is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) Engineer to join its team in Rome, NY.

Responsibilites may include:

Deploy, manage, and optimize ML models to support AI/ML projects
Design and implement automated ML pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment.

Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in MLOps, AI/ML, data engineering, or similar role
In-depth knowledge of MLOps frameworks, tools, and technologies such as ONNX, TensorRT, TensorFlowLite
Familiarity with ML models and algorithms and research frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch
Proficiency in languages such as Python
Knowledge of container runtime environments such as Docker

Other Requirements:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Current TS/SCI a strong plus.

This position will be required to be on-site with some regularity.
