Wasserman’s Brands division is looking for a motivated individual to join one of our priority client account teams. The role will assist in the day-to-day management of select music and festival partnerships, developing strategy, managing marketing programs across experiential events, measuring partnership performance, identifying new partnerships, as well as supporting broader strategic initiatives across the business.

Duties:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management of festival partnerships, with responsibility of crafting, executing, and measuring partnership and event marketing campaigns (experiential, social, digital, etc.) under the supervision of manager and team members
  • Work with team members to develop and refine client deliverables, such as presentations, reporting tools and supporting materials
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define measurement framework, track key metrics, analyze results and present findings of a partnership to the client
  • Maintain regular communication with team members and clients regarding roles and responsibilities, timelines, project status and budget updates as appropriate
  • Perform research and analysis of various data, information and statistics across audience, brand, category competition and consumer utilizing available tools and resources to help inform strategies and initiative
  • Support the research and strategy work leading into key partnership renewals and assists the internal team with partner negotiations
  • Monitor media, trends and changing entertainment and cultural landscape to keep company executives and team members aware and to maintain Wasserman’s position as the most knowledgeable in the industry
  • Assist in event logistics planning, implementation, and execution as applicable
  • Perform various tasks as needed by internal team members such as research, reports, daily updates, editing of materials, etc.
  • Stay up to date on client product / service offering and is able to thoughtfully present to potential partners
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • 3+ years relevant experience with minimum 2 years of direct experience in partnership management, account management, or consulting (preferably in the entertainment, sports, or financial services industry)
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience collecting and analyzing quantitative results
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to think strategically in a team environment
  • Must be flexible and react calmly under stressful circumstances

Benefits

Base salary range: $60K-$70K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
