Are you a skilled and results-driven marketer with a passion for customer engagement? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager, Customer Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty and drive revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage customer insights to create impactful marketing campaigns. This position is based at our Portland office with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer marketing strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at increasing customer loyalty and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Utilize customer data and insights to develop customer segmentation strategies and identify opportunities for personalized marketing approaches.
- Manage and optimize customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to support customer marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and campaign performance metrics to continuously improve marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and ensure consistent messaging to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing channels and tools to identify innovative ways to engage customers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer marketing professionals to drive individual and team success.
- Prepare and present reports on customer marketing activities and outcomes to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems and tools, and proficiency in customer segmentation and targeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer marketing.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
