We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our school. You will work closely with the Director Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of marketing initiatives.
responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Create engaging marketing content, weekly newsletters and other written communication.
- Monitor and manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and responding to user interactions.
- Take and edit high-quality photos and videos of school events and activities.
- Create multimedia content such as videos, animations and interactive presentations.
- Create graphics to be used in presentations, posters or social media posts.
- Support the maintenance and updating of the school’s website, including content management and optimization.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and conferences.
- Collaborate and communicate with faculty, staff and students to gather content and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and prepare reports for management review.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
- Create and update a library of visual assets for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- B.A. in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional knowledge of the French language and experience in a school environment are a plus.
Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges between $60,000 and $70,000, dependent on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
