Full Job Description
- Planning marketing procurement strategy, building marketing procurement management system and establishing supplier database.
- Exploring and introducing high-quality marketing resources including media, production assets, events, KOL, PR, strategy & creativeness, etc. Establishing sound relationships and supporting marketing activities of the company.
- Managing procurement projects, including vendors sourcing and selecting, bid and pitch leading, commercial negotiation, cost control, quality control, execution follow-up, and performance evaluation.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above major in marketing and advertising is preferred, media, strategy and creativity, public relations, events experience and resource acquisition are preferred;
- 3+ years of marketing procurement work experience, strong understanding of the characteristics of various marketing resources and the advantages and disadvantages of various agencies; familiarity with industry situations
- Strong logical analytical ability, able to analyze business requirements and give feasible suggestions for purchasing decisions;
- Own strong negotiating and bargaining skills, communication and coordination skills and multi-task capabilities, and strong cost-saving awareness;
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred.
