Full Job Description

  • Work with the Integrated Marketing team and User Operation team to create a strategic marketing strategy and outline the tactical roadmap needed to implement.
  • Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end while ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with writers and graphic designers to create advertising content that follows and adheres to project goals and strategies.
  • Create and manage a content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaign budgets and ensure that all staff stay within budget.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors.
  • Deliver requested marketing assets, and ensure accuracy against products, key messages, and technical specs.
  • Assist with carrier co-marketing opportunities including, but not limited to, sweepstakes, events, branding and product support.
  • Develop presentations and draft any necessary communications.

Benefits

  • Minimum 3 years of Marketing Project Management experience preferred, or experience in similar Marketing roles. Experience in telecom/carrier industry preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, vendors, and customer contacts.
  • Strong leadership skills, collaborative working style and proven ability to influence and manage cross-team projects.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets, while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
