Position Summary:
The National Accounts & E-Commerce Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and programs to maximize sales and brand presence among national account customers (on & off premise) and e-commerce platforms for the MJUS brand portfolio. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve growth targets in both traditional and digital channels. The National Accounts & E-Commerce Trade Marketing Manager will be a strategic thinker with market and digital marketing expertise that can be impactful in a multi-channel environment.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
National Accounts Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to national account customers, including retailers and key distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with national account partners to understand their unique needs and market dynamics.
E-Commerce Marketing
- Create and implement digital marketing strategies for e-commerce platforms, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales.
- Collaborate with e-commerce partners to enhance product visibility, optimize search results, and drive traffic.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions for national accounts and e-commerce channels.
- Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, product displays, and digital assets as needed.
Sales Support
- Provide marketing support to the sales team, offering resources, promotional materials, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop joint business plans with national account customers.
Market Research and Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape for both national accounts and e-commerce.
- Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget for national accounts and e-commerce initiatives, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenses, monitor ROI, and report on budget utilization.
Digital Advertising and SEO
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., PPC, display ads) to drive e-commerce sales.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Performance Metrics
- Monitor and report on the performance of national account and e-commerce marketing efforts, including sales, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Utilize data insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, national accounts management, and e-commerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of both traditional trade marketing and digital marketing for e-commerce.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
