Russo's On The Bay, a renowned restaurant in the industry, is currently hiring for Seasonal Bar Backs. The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about providing high-quality customer service, has excellent communication skills, is a fast learner, and can work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist the bartender in the smooth operation of all bar services, ensuring the guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Help set up and break down bar equipment and back bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area; regular cleaning of all glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure that guests are served efficiently, in a timely manner, and that all guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain stock of all products behind the bar.
• Ensure the bar and back bar are well-stocked at all times.
• Assist the bartender in creating specialty cocktails and beverages.
• Attend to guests’ needs in a hospitable and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least 1-year experience working in a bar or restaurant.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be capable of routinely lifting and moving up to 50 pounds of weight.

The schedule is for an immediate: Day, Evening, Night shifts; Weekdays and Weekends

Work Location: In-Person. We do not offer relocation. We are looking for candidates local to the area.
