Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner at Bock Integrative Medicine in Red Hook, NY. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans providing patient education, and collaborating with the medical team to deliver integrative care.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care and integrative medicine
• Ability to conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of holistic and alternative treatment modalities
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) is a plus
