Founded in 2001, Resident Advisor (RA) is one of the world's longest-running music media brands and a cornerstone of the dance, electronic and DJ ecosystem. The site's audience of over 6 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films and a weekly mix series that has run for 18 years.
Purpose:
This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level position to have an immediate impact by supporting our North America team of Partnership Managers and external partners. This person will be responsible for supporting our existing partners in North America across the music industry; promoters, venue owners, festivals, labels, tech brands and agencies.
The focus of the role will be to provide support across RA’s whole product offering: event services, ticketing, media, technology, content etc. Working alongside our Partnership Management team, the ideal candidate will be motivated by delivering industry leading levels of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting our partnership managers by providing day-to-day service to our partners across North America
- Provide support across our whole product offering: event services, ticketing, media, technology, content etc.
- Maintain relationships with our partners across the electronic music industry.
- Showcase and share knowledge about the full scope of new/existing RA products
- Managing key partner on-sales, announcements and delivery of events.
- Assisting with elements of the sales process (e.g. preparing presentations, data reports, joining client meetings).
- Answering and advising general support queries from partners.
We’re looking for:
- 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
- Someone with attention to detail who is able to quickly grasp the technical aspects of our service and platform.
- A passion and understanding of electronic music culture is fundamental.
- Track record of effective communication, both personal and digital.
- Outgoing personality who loves building relationships.
