Full Job Description

Our People department needs help! We are searching for an individual to lead culture initiatives, assist in onboarding, and offer high level administrative support to Vitally’s Co-founders. This role will work closely with leadership and help drive Vitally’s culture both in NY and remotely. No two days will look the same; we’re looking for someone who is excited by the unknown and has a jack-of-all-trades type approach to work.

This is a hybrid role based in NY with Tuesday/Thursday in office in the Lower East Side.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Proactively offer and implement suggestions to continuously improve effectiveness
  • Organize and lead remote & in person company events in relation to culture related initiatives
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist with the coordination of employee training and development programs
  • Independently execute various ad-hoc projects on a regular basis (generalist mindset)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an People or HR related role
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Benefits & Culture:

  • Salary: We offer a competitive salary for your experience as well as location. The comp band for this role starts at $60,000-$85,000 and increases depending on the skill and seniority of the candidate.
