We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of paid growth marketing initiatives (PPC, Programmatic) for key accounts on the Amazon marketplace.
- Possess expertise in understanding an Omni-Marketplace ecosystem to lead, build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns within and not limited to, Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and additional Marketplace’s (Walmart, Criteo).
- Report on KPIs and results to key stakeholders, presenting findings and next steps to clients. Daily use of reporting to support the story behind your clients’ KPIs, confidently interpreting trends and making recommendations as a result.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual calls to review trends, performance, and provide innovative marketplace strategies. Proactively identify new and emerging opportunities to drive growth and evolution on an ever changing and evolving marketplace.
- Tie in comprehensive knowledge of categorial trends and insights, and how outside factors are impacting the overall narrative.
- Facilitate communication and strategize with account, analytics and creative teams to optimize brand performance
- Plan and execute and digital ad campaigns to meet goals provided by key stakeholders
- Make recommendations to continually improve performance by analyzing internal results, competitive data, and keeping on top of industry trends and client goals
- Serve as a team leader for junior members of the team by providing trainings, process improvement, QAing deliverables, and delegating tasks.
- Coach, mentor and delegate tasks & responsibilities to junior members on joint accounts where you serve as lead. Focus on development and shared knowledge across the team.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of E-Commerce, PPC or online marketplace experience
- Budget management of over $250,000 per month preferred.
- Professional experience Strong data analytics and strategy background
- Client Facing Experience to navigate complex client needs and personalities (agency experience a plus)
- Google Adwords and / or Amazon Advertising certification
- Advanced Excel knowledge and skills
- 1+ year Amazon experience a huge plus
- DSP, email, push, display and/or other advertising channels are pluses
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides
- Familiarity with the skincare and wellness space a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with PPC tools, such as Helium 10 or DataHawk are a plus
- Amazon "A9" knowledge or experience is a plus
- SQL knowledge or experience is a plus

Salary Range : $115,000 - $125,000
