Full-Time Physical Therapist
Join our dedicated team as a Physical Therapist, where your expertise will help transform the lives of those recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic conditions. You will work with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that focus on improving mobility, strength, and function. As part of a multidisciplinary team, your contributions will play a key role in ensuring comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of every patient.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year (depending on experience) + full benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Conditions Treated: Lower back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, osteoarthritis, chronic pain, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient’s condition.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and families on rehabilitation exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
