Outpatient Physical Therapist

Are you passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. In this role, you will design and implement treatment plans to help patients improve their physical abilities and recover from injuries. Working alongside a supportive team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of life for the individuals we serve.

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Patient Conditions: Orthopedic injuries, chronic pain, post-surgery recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients’ mobility and physical function.
• Create customized treatment plans to address specific patient goals.
• Use manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to enhance recovery.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
