Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter/Maintenance Associate to join our team and help maintain a welcoming environment for our customers and employees. As a Porter/Maintenance Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store remains clean, organized, and safe. You will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including sales floors, restrooms, break rooms, and outside areas.

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

• Assist with stocking and organizing merchandise as needed.

• Help with minor repairs and maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and fixing equipment. • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Respond promptly to customer and staff requests regarding maintenance and cleanliness issues.

• Collaborate with other team members to support store operations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and bending.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekend
