Founded by veterans in the gaming industry who have helped build games like PUBG, League of Legends, Rocket League and more. As a co-development game studio, we focus on solving some of the most difficult problems for multiplayer games. Rushdown is looking for a Producer to ensure we meet the standards of our projects, and to work with partners to deliver on expectations. We need a new teammate who has proven time management processes and stellar communication skills. In this role, you will partner with collaborators of all disciplines to successfully deliver game features and technology.

This role is for on-site work in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with teams to create project roadmaps, milestone breakdowns, and sprint plans
• Define, run, and improve processes to ensure project health
• Proactively identify and propose solutions for project risks
• Represent the project and be the bridge between Rushdown and our project partners
• Work with distributed teams across time zones
• Help manage the relationship with our project partners
• Provide Production support to one or more projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Production experience
• Knowledge of game industry-standard software tools, design documents, and Production processes/best practices
• High-level time management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change, and deliver against agreed deadlines
• Experience working under rapid development cycles
• Proven problem-solving and mediation skills
• Sound decision-making capabilities with a demonstrable ability to think outside the box
• Great communication skills that lead to proactive and effective solutions

Pluses

• Strong background with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools
• Experience managing Engineering teams
