Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new leads, and ultimately driving sales of our pergolas.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Identify and develop new leads, utilizing various networking and prospecting techniques.
• Guide clients through the sales process, providing solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product features.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the outdoor living or home improvement industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Passion for outdoor living and strong knowledge of pergola products is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience in sales or customer service (required)

Compensation: We offer a base salary, commuter benefits, paid vacation, floating holidays, and a hybrid schedule.

Sales Associates make a commission on their personal sales as determined by their adherence to the established sales cycle. Leads are provided, but bringing in additional outside business is highly desirable as well.
